Customer service is corporations putting their smiling face forward while
throwing dead bodies out the back door.

Customer service is holding employees by the scruff of the neck.

It's a radical new concept to some people; business should be about
people. Work with the best in people and you'll tap a powerful force that
will create unlimited profits. Control people and you work with margins.

Customer service is holding people by the scruff of the neck to make it
