Ubuntu Phone use (2016)
=======================

Well, memories. I wrote this post in 2016 and forgot to publish it. In
2017 I have switched to the PUNKT MP01 (a feature phone)...

I have the bq Aquaris E4.5 Ubuntu Edition from the summer 2015. It was
my main phone from that time and recently it became my only phone.

So what I'm doing with it? First of all I have to declare that I still
do not use any social stuff nor communicators (so no Twitter, Facebook,
WhatsApp, Telegram...).

Initially I tried to install tons of applications and then I started to
remove them. At the moment there are just a few installed:

- an Addressbook (preinstaled)
- a Phone app (preinstalled)
- a Messaging (SMS) app (preinstalled)
- a default Evernote client (Notes)
- a Camera and an Image Viewer (preinstalled)
- the Weather
- the RSS reader (shorts) - probably the most used program
- the WWW browser (preinstalled and quite useful)
- the Documents viewer (has bugs but generally works)
- the Dekko email client
- the Gmail client (it should be unnecessary but the Dekko has usability
  issues with two different accounts)

As you probably noticed, there are no games. It's because I learned
that I started no game here for at least one year. So I removed the
unused stuff.
