BQ

The BQ is gone [1]. That's the company which made the Ubuntu Touch
devices (a couple of phones and a tablet). There are already old and
abandoned (the Canonical ceased the Ubuntu Touch years ago) but the
devices have been well-done, durable and useful. They were a bit
expensive for their specs but it was not a problem as there were almost
no other Ubuntu Touch devices. When the Ubuntu Touch was ended the BQ
continued to made Android phones. I assume that they were not
competitive as a small European company (even if it made their phones
in China) was not able to offer attractive prices.

I have had the Aquaris E4.5 phone (I used it as my main device until I
returned to feature phones but now it's at the end of its life) and the
M10 tablet (still use it in various situations). The Ubuntu Touch (the
UBports) is still quite active. But they are going to abandon old
devices soon (including the E4.5 and probably the M10, too).

It seems that I will have to leave the UBports in the near future...
