Can't set tod clock
===================

Well, I can. The SGI machines have one specialty: they do not use normal
batteries (like the CR2032) to keep the time (and even to keep some other
data). They use Tadiran or Dallas chips that include the batteries.

My Indigo system (it's a re-branded as Siemens RW3200) came with a hack - the
original Tadiran battery was replaced by soldered CR2032. It was not a bad
thing but the battery was already dead. I got the original replacement one
before I have found that the system was modified in this way. But I decided to
solder in a socket for the battery to allow easier battery replacement (the
original one can survive 15 years but the CR2032 just a few years).

After some attempts (I was too scared about possible damage of the computer) I
decided to just remove the remains of soldering a to put the original battery
to the proper place (it was manufactured in 2016 so it's possibly can be used
to at least 2026).

And I no longer see the message in the heading of this text ;-) It have made
the Indigo a bit better. The last change should be an installation of a floppy
drive (it I will be able to find one - it must be a SCSI floppy).
