# [2021.03.26] Connect Four

Today was the second day of the RL virtual school. One guy from
DeepMind gave a talk on the Monte Carlo tree search for solving
games. I was happy to start coding something at last. We created a
program for playing Connect Four, a game I played an innumerable
number of times with my sister and grandmother in my childhood. I
still keep somewhere a simplistic plastic board for it that I brought
from Thailand. There, the game was so popular that I remember whores
playing it sitting down at the tables in bars waiting for clients.
Unfortunately, now I can only do some programming algorithms named
after Monte Carlo, although now it's not that far from me to visit
it.
