============================================================= things feel good. i feel hopeful. did my two workouts at the gym. rested for a few hours during work. went to practice that night. made it about 75% of the way through practice before I felt a strange sensation of weakness in my right ankle. chose to just sit out the rest of practice and elevate my ankle. stretched a bit too. woof, was it cold! i hobbled over to the car and pulled a towel that i used as a blanket, and my foldable chair. hobbled back to my spot and set up a seat for me. watching my mates practice was nice. i see them trying their best. it's great to see that for a change. gosh, it was cold. =============================================================
