Happy Piano Day!

It is the first year I hear about this event. But apparently a bunch
of like-minded people thinked it was a good idea to celebrate the piano
with it's official day, on the 88th day of the year. And, yes, what a
great idea it is!

This year, it is today, the 29th of March.

I played piano for about 15 years. Until I got to college and couldn't
get easy access to a piano. From time to time, fortunately, I had and
still have the opportunity to practice a little. But I have, of
course, lost a lot. I would love to have a piano of my own, at home,
on which I could play whenever I want. Maybe one day.

In the meantime, I'm enjoying the Spotify playlist shared by the
official website of the event: https://www.pianoday.org/. Currently,
my speakers are playing Nocturne Op. 9 No. 2 by Frédéric Chopin.
They propose too a compilation made by LEITER. All links are in the
about section of the website.

They share too a list of worldwide events. In France, it seems that
the only place where Piano Day is celebrated is Le Mans, Paris and
Chaligny. So nothing planned in my city. Too bad.

Well, whatever.

Happy Piano Day!
