A few weeks ago I swapped out the logic board on my Mac 512ke with a MacPlus
board I got off eBay. This opened up a whole range of new possibilities like
adding a BlueSCSI to boot and use WiFi without relying on a serial connection.

Unfortunately the telnet software from the late 90s also leave much to be
desired with not interpreting control characters and escape fully. There's still
a few kinks to work out with the serial connection as well which might be
related to multi-finder and the early "multi-tasking" that System 6 has since
when using Zterm previously there weren't as many control characters showing up
randomly.
