Project Details and Goals

1. Use my Palm Zire PDA on a daily basis in October 
2. Use the native Palm apps over my iPhones Calander and Notes apps
3. Document the process of using a Palm in 2024 regularly on this
phlog

In August of 2024 I bought a Palm Zire from Ebay after reading a
discussion on Hacker News about a new MiniGolf Game for PalmOS [1].

The Zire was new-in-box for $10 + $6 shipping [2], and included all
cables and accessories. The battery was dead, but a I found a
replacement on Amazon that I will swap in when it arrives.

My ideal configuraiton is to HotSync the Zire with my Linux laptop
in order to do daily things like todo lists, notes, and viewing my
daily calendar. I'd like to sync my work/personal calendar from
Fastmail every morning if possible instead of re-entrying events by
hand.
