Spaghetti Pie


Ingredients:
8 oz	Dry spaghetti
1 lb	ground beef (or pork sausage)
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic (sub. 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
14 oz	spaghetti sauce (see other recipe)
1/2 tsp	salt
1/4 tsp	black pepper
3 oz	cream cheese
1 cup	sour cream
1.5 cup	shredded cheddar and monterey jack


Directions:
1.)  Cook spaghetti according to directions (maybe a little
     undercooked due to forthcoming baking)
2.)  Cook beef and onions in skillet, add garlic
     stir in sauce, salt, and pepper--bring to boil;
     reduce heat and let simmer uncovered for 20 minutes
3.)  In small bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until blended
     grease 11x7-inch baking dish and layer spaghetti, cream cheese
     mix, meat mix, and top with cheese
4.)  Bake, covered at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes; uncover and bake
     for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until bubbly
