- Work:
   - Complete the move from the cloud to
     self-hosted.
   - Establish salary transparency.
   - Begin the first steps of transferring the
     company into employee ownership.

- Personal:
   - Work more on my pilots license, do more hours
     in the sky.
   - Save enough money to buy a new flat.
   - Trip to Iceland.
   - Launch a RasPi into space on a balloon (and
     hopefully find it again afterwards).
