I've long thought that anyone who actually enjoys working out is
a total weirdo. Staying at home or going to a gym for an hour or
2 just to exercise in the same place always struck me as a giant
waste of time.  Alas, throughout my life, i've also fallen into
that trap and have at times had gym memberships and I currently
work out at home as well. I do it, but I don't like it.

Of course, I have no problem spending 2 hours configuring my window
manager just the way I like it so that's not exactly a normal use
of time either. So who am I to judge.

But the one set of exercises I hate the most are sit-ups or crunches
or anything like that. Just can't stand to do them. But I was
watching instagram the other day and I caught a few videos about
a kettlebell routine with "around the worlds" that are supposed to
replace doing crunches. I'm giving that routine a shot and so far
I like doing them much better. Not sure if they are as effective
but since I like them much better I'll probably do them more often.
