SETTING THE DATE AND TIME

Note:  Throughout this procedure, S2 advances the item to be set (month,
       date, hour, etc.) and S1 advances the value of the item (1, 2, 3,
       etc.).

1.  Slide the clock out of its bracket.

2.  Press S2 twice.  The month appears on the left of the display.

3.  Repeatedly press S1 until the correct month appears on the display.
    You can press and hold S1 to rapidly advance the months.

4.  Press S2.  The date appears on the right of the display.

5.  Repeatedly press S1 until the correct date appears on the display.
    You can press and hold S1 to rapidly advance the date.

6.  Press S2.  The hour appears on the left of the display, with P for PM
    or A for AM.

7.  Repeatedly press S1 until the correct hour appears on the display.
    You can press and hold S1 to rapidly advance the hours.

8.  Press S2.  The minutes appear on the right of the display.

9.  Repeatedly press S1 until the correct minute appears on the display.
    You can press and hold S1 to rapidly advance the minutes.

10.  Press S2.  The clock displays the set time with (:) between the hour
     and minutes.

        If you did not change the minutes when setting the time,(:)
        flashes indicating that the clock is running.

        If you changed the minutes when setting the time, press S1
        until (:) starts to flash.  The seconds are now set to 00, and the
        clock begins to run.

Note:  To reset the seconds at any time, press S1 twice (the seconds
       appear on the display).  Then press and hold S2 until the seconds
       reset to 00.  The seconds start advancing when you release S2.

DISPLAYING THE DATE

The time display normally shows on the clock.  To see the month and date,
press S1 once.  The month and date appear on the display for two seconds,
then the time display returns.

To have the clock alternately display the date and time, press S2 once.
The month and date appear on the display for two seconds, then the time
displays for two seconds, then the date, etc.

When the display is alternating between the date and the time, press S1
once to view the elapsing seconds, and once more to return to the normal
time display.

USING THE MOUNTING BRACKET

Use the bracket to mount the clock firmly on a flat surface.

1.  Select a flat surface, then clean and wipe it dry to ensure firm
    attachment.

2.  Peel off the paper covering the adhesive tape on the back of the
    bracket.

3.  Press the bracket firmly against the surface.

    Note:  You must place the bracket with the widest open side facing up
           (so that the notch is up also).
