Speaker System

The Optimus-1100 Black Lacquered Speaker System is a dual-woofer, three-
way, bass-reflex system.  It has an excellent low-end response and yields
greater efficency and lower distortion when compared to acoustic-
suspension or single woofer systems.  A 3-inch wide dispersion tweeter
provides higher sound pressure levels per watt, allowing you to use lower
powered receivers or to drive your existing high-powered amplifier more
conservatively.  This means that the amplifier is less likely to clip or
distort, which results in cleaner sound.

The speaker cabinet is solidly constructed and is finished in black
lacquered real wood veneer.

The removable decorative grill is acoustically transparent.
