Spell Checker Calculator (630-0657) Batteries Faxback Doc. # 6806

Your spell checker calculator is powered by two CR2016 lithium batteries.
When the display dims, you must replace the batteries. We recommend you
use Radio Shack Cat. No. 23-160.

1. Remove the battery compartment cover by sliding it in the direction of
    the arrow.

2. Remove and discard the old batteries, if necessary.

3. Install 2 fresh batteries with the position (+) side up.

4. Replace the cover.

Note: If the spell checker calculator does not operate as it should
after you replace the batteries, press RESET on the bottom of
the spell checker calculator with a straightened paper clip.

The display goes blank momentarily, then ENTER A WORD re-appears.

Warning: Never allow children to play with batteries. Swallowing a
          battery can be fatal.

Caution: Use only fresh battery of the required size and type.

Never leave dead or weak batteries in the spell checker
          calculator.

Do not mix old and new batteries in the spell checker
          calculator.

Dispose of batteries properly. Do not bury or burn them.
