DMP-133 (260-2815) Hex Dump Function Faxback Doc. # 4289

This printer can print the hexadecimal values for data transmitted to it.
The hex-dump mode is useful for checking exactly what information is being
received by the printer. To implement this function, hold down the FORM
FEED button and turn on the printer.

Before printing, be sure that 10-inch paper is loaded to avoid printing on
the platen. Be sure the printer is on line and run the program that you
want to check.

To exit hex dump mode, turn off the printer and then turn it on again.

PRINTING APPLICATIONS

In most instances, you application program selects all required printing
applications. However, if you are interested in writing your own programs,
please refer to the DMP 133 Dot Matrix Technical Reference Manual.
