Tue 11-Jan-2000: Started new files for the 2000 Weekly download
statistics. This also caused the first Y2K file naming dilemma,
since I want to continue the original maximum 8+3 MS-DOS filename
convention at Garbo archive's MS-DOS (and Windows) section. Now, why
did I choose 60, not 00? Because 01-52 can be confused with weeks,
01-31 with days, and 01-12 with months. What about the years after
2019 :-). I am now 54 so that will not be my worry any more.
