Delf's "The Good Food of Szechwan" is the best Szechwan/Hunan cookbook
I have come across - I had to travel 70 miles to find some of the spices
mentioned! "The Hot and Spicy Cookbook" is quite eclectic and the recipes
aren't just for experienced cooks.
(I hate to sound repetitious but this is a great group. I ran off the
 last week or so for my mother...)
