Re: what to put in your yogurt

	Fantastic Banana Yogurt

INGREDIENTS
1 pint unseweetened unflavoured balkan style yogurt
(*not* swiss style, it often contains gelatin,
which ruins the texture (and goes badly with bananas))
	1 completely ripe banana
	3 small glass yogurt containers

METHOD
Allow the banana to ripen to the point where the
sugar spots are clearly visible all over.
Slice the banana into 1/4 inch thick slices and
distribute them evenly in the bottom of the three
	empty yogurt containers.
(Come to think of it, it's probably a good idea to
	peel the banana first.)
Fill the containers up with yogurt.
Keep in the fridge (up to 10 days).

The balkan style yogurt is a must. If you're here in the Great
White North, my favourite brand is Astro. If you have a sweet
tooth, use whole milk yogurt. I myself prefer it slightly tart,
so I use 2% milk yogurt. Skim milk yogurt will reduce the sweetness
even more. This is a flavour I never get tired of, and I'm sure
yogurt lovers everywhere will enjoy it.
