Spaghetti Carbonara
Postscript to my "Yummy".... The name "Spaghetti Carbonara" apparently derives from
the fact that it is a traditional Italian country dish originally prepared
by the wives of coal miners in whatever region of Italy has all the coal
mines., hence the name "carbonara". (or maybe it was charcoal-burners??)
