Weather Situation
A strong and gusty cold front is currently traversing the state, and is set to
reach the northeast by Monday. In its wake, a broad high-pressure ridge will
establish itself over the southern parts of the state, bringing mostly calm
weather to many areas. However, a trough may persist along the northern coast
on Tuesday or Wednesday, potentially leading to moderate rainfall for the area.

Forecast for the rest of Sunday 17 November
Partly cloudy. High chance of showers, most likely in the evening. The chance
of a thunderstorm, possibly severe in the south. Winds north to northwesterly
20 to 30 km/h.

Forecast for Monday 18 November
Cloudy. High chance of showers, most likely in the morning and afternoon. The
chance of a thunderstorm. Winds northwesterly 15 to 25 km/h tending northwest
to southwesterly 15 to 20 km/h in the morning then tending east to
southeasterly in the late afternoon. Overnight temperatures falling to between
17 and 20 with daytime temperatures reaching 23 to 29.
