            Australia, Papua New Guinea Sign Refugee Relocation Pact

   Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd says that, effective immediately,
   all refugees who arrive in Australia by boat will be resettled in the
   South Pacific island nation of Papua New Guinea.
