UN Says It Has New Info on Possible Iran Nuclear Arms

   VOA News February 25, 2011

The United Nations nuclear monitoring agency says it has received new
information adding to concerns about possible military aspects to
   Iran's nuclear program.
The statement appeared in a confidential report obtained Friday by
   Western news agencies.
The report notes the Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency's
concerns that Iran may have worked on developing nuclear weapons.
Western nations have long suspected that Iran is using its uranium
enrichment program to develop nuclear weapons capability. Iran says
its program is for peaceful purposes.
The U.N. Security Council has hit Iran with four rounds of sanctions
over its refusal to halt its enrichment activities.

Some information for this report was provided by AP and Reuters.
