   Loyalists  to  Jordan's  King Abdullah have won a majority of seats in
   the  next  parliament  in a Tuesday election that was boycotted by the
   kingdom's largest opposition group.
   Election  officials  announced  the  results  Wednesday,  saying voter
   turn-out was at 53 percent in polling for the 120-member lower house.
   The  Islamic  Action  Front  boycotted the vote. The opposition group,
   which  is  the  political  wing  of  the  Muslim Brotherhood, said new
   election  rules  unfairly  diminished  the  value  of votes from urban
