Egyptian Air Strikes Kill 20 Near Israeli Border

Egyptian air strikes have killed at least 20 people in the Sinai close
to the border with Israel. Egypt says it is acting against militants who
killed 16 border guards along the border on Sunday as they ate a meal
breaking the Ramadan fast.
