April 27, 2011 Guantánamo Attorneys Barred From Accessing, Discussing WikiLeaks Files ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The U.S. Department of Justice has informed attorneys of prisoners at the U.S. military base at Guantánamo, Cuba, that they can not access or discuss the secret files recently released by Wiki Leaks because the documents remain legally classified. Joseph Margulies, a Northwestern University law professor told the New York Times he could not comment on the newly disclosed assessment of his client Abu Zubaydah. “Everyone else can talk about it. I can’t talk about it.”
