What if I need MacTCP?

MacTCP is available through a number of channels - retail, volume and
site licensing, and as a part of most popular MacTCP-compatible
applications.
To get MacTCP with my application
================================
Apple offers a licensing program for developers and publishers that will
allow them to copy and distribute MacTCP along with their application or
product. Most developers have signed up for this program - thus, you are
likely to find a copy of MacTCP included with most commercial
MacTCP-compatible software.
The developers who sign up for this program are responsbile for providing
MacTCP updates to you - Apple is responsible for supplying the MacTCP
updates to the developers.

re-distribution license program".

MacTCP 2.0.2 is a component of the product "TCP/IP Connection for
Macintosh", which is currently available from Apple as a retail product
in both single-user and 20-user license packs.

What else is there to know?
=========================
The most current version of MacTCP is 2.0.4. Version 2.0.4 is a free
upgrade to all MacTCP 2.0 and 2.0.2 users. (Versions 2.0.1 and 2.0.3 were
never released externally, so you aren't missing anything in-between).
The upgrade is available in the form of an updater utility. The "MacTCP
2.0.2 -> MacTCP 2.0.4" utility is available for downloading via anonymous
ftp from a variety of sites including seeding.apple.com.

There is no site license upgrade from MacTCP v1.x to MacTCP v2.x.
