"inetb" is a miniature inetd-style network listener, essentially a port of
Jef Poskanzer's micro_inetd (http://www.acme.com/software/micro_httpd/). It
accepts a port number, an executable and any arguments, listens to that port
and spawns the executable as people connect.

Unlike later inetd solutions for BeOS, inetb does NOT require BONE, and thus
will work on PowerPC BeOS R5 (as well as Intel). PowerPC binaries built with
Metrowerks mwcc are included.
