TBXV09.LIT also contains SEDIT 2.0(124)-3. This fix allows
read access to the FIELD-ID for users lower than 254 and
read and write access to the Window Size: field for users
lower than 254. The SDSFLS.USA is also included that has
field securitys lowered for those fields. It was also hard
          coded into SEDIT.LIT.

Since releases may contain many pieces of software
and so that this self-extracting archive will be able to
extract all included files to the proper accounts, I will be
using the PPN feature of d/ARC. Thus you must copy the
self-extracting archive into 1,2 on the device you want to
extract to and be logged into 1,2 on that device and then
then the d/ARC self-extracting archive will self extract all
the included files to the proper PPN's on that device. I
suggest you use a FOLDER for these releases or be brave and
use DSK0: as I do. Because the self-extracting archive is
compact it does not have the overhead of code to create
PPN's on the device so the PPN's must already exist. Other
          than the standard [1,2], [1,4], [2,2], [7,1], [7,6] you
should also have [7,32]. I am also distributing VERDIR.LIT
as I like it much better than VERIFY.LIT as VERDIR.LIT can
verify files on a different device than the .DIR file exists
and it ignores the device spec in the .DIR file so you don't
get errors. d/ARC is also compatible with 68040 processors
          and extended devices.
