1. Intro
Bill Walsh's College Football is basically the route of all common football
games as it takes the old madden engine and turns it into a much-improved
engine (play switching etc. is much improved). However, BWCG is a very
unbalanced games and quite possibly picking the correct team is the most
important thing you do. This is because most of the teams have certain
specialties. For example, Colorado has a horrible running back yet Georgia has
a semi-spectacular one. If you try to use the same strategy and plays for both
you will surely get walloped by the computer or anyone that you try to play
against. The point of this FAQ is to give you percentiles that reflect the
skills of each of the teams to give you a better idea of how to strategize.
Strategies for this game will be pretty simple seeing that it is a primitive
football game (i.e. having a good receiver is basically blatantly saying, Pass
the ball a lot). Using this FAQ can easily turn your losses into wins.

2. FAQ
Q: Wait, Does choosing a team really make that much of a difference?
A: hell yes it does. Picking a team like Colorado over a team like Arizona
will probably cause a loss in the person that picked Colorado when you are
playing with even remotely equivalent skills.

Q: I am having trouble with team X and I don't understand how your team
overview will help me. In other words, what do all these numbers mean?
A: These numbers are based off of in-game percentiles that basically give all
the teams a percentile based on how good that skill is. When picking a team
you'll probably will want to choose one by overall, but if you know that you
can do something well (like run) then you will want to pick a team that has a
high percentile in that skill (running back etc.). If you are having trouble
with a certain team just look it up in the overview and see the high-low scores
of it's skills and change your playing style from there.
