Ok. Real talk time.

I've noticed for the past several years, ketchup as a condiment has become a 
highly polarizing topic.

Like, those who dislike ketchup are vehemently opposed to it. As though the 
very idea that ketchup be anywhere near a hot dog is a crime against humankind.

I don't get it. Ketchup is fine. Even good, I'll go as far to say.

I will add this though: I never put ketchup on a brat or hotdog by itself; it 
is always joined with brown mustard and onions. Maybe some diced jalapeno if I 
happen to have any on hand.

Genuinely curious what others think.
