What mailer and frontend do people use who have bbs software without it
built-in?  Right now I'm running fastecho and irex, but it's started to not
send routed netmail.  I'd like some alternatives, but I don't know what all
is available.  I'm hoping binkd and fmail, but I don't know for sure.
