Things are spiralling ever more out of control. On my trip to Spirehold, I
picked up transmissions from a revolutionary movement. By the time I arrived,
the streets were already in chaos. Thankfully the rioters paid me little mind.
Most of them are probably unaware I'm Captain Edris' daughter. But that
doesn't even cover the craziest part. I was able to find directions to the lab
for the antidote easily enough, but the staff are plagued by unsettling
visions. I haven't been able to get a coherent description yet of what these
visions actually entail, but they're holding the antidote for ransom to force
me to solve their problem despite my insistence that their comrades on Paradox
are dead without it. Carving a home out of the bones of long-extinct desert
behemoths is one thing, but it seems the entire settlement has gone different
flavors of insane.

Ultimately, it's best that I get to the bottom of this. The condition can't be
permanent. I just need to find what's causing it and put a stop to it. This is
our only planetside settlement, and houses the majority of the remaining
survivors. Without Spirehold, we're all dead.
