Brcon2023: Schedule for the Weekend updated.

The schedule for the weekend has been updated, to make it more flexible.
Since we will be out in the wild, doing a geology hackathon, visiting
culture, having fun, there is no regular schedule. Recordings will be
uploaded and provided for people afterwards.

New activities were added:
	* Drone flying training for amateurs on Sunday.
	* A talk about the hackathon experience by 20h on Sunday.
	* A new ads hackathon.
		* We want to make the .vtv format reality, by developing
		  ascii videos.
