2019-09-01 - Ascii Art Removal ------------------------------ Had an interesting discussion elsewhere with someone who uses a screenreader. They, quite correctly, pointed out that ascii art is horribly exclusionary, that it can be avoided by settings, but this is itself telling someone with different accessibility requirements how they should comport themselves. As a result, I've removed the ascii art from my phlog's homepage. I've been quite the hypocrite and left it on my gopherhole, so please, don't feel you have to follow my lead or anything like that. Onwards, friends, onwards to certain victory!
