6 - Asian Sesame oil, two tbsp
7 - Chopped garlic, two tsp
8 - Green onions, three tbsp
9 - Bell pepper strips, half cup
10 - Potatoes, two cups
11 - Chopped fresh dill, two tbsp
12 - Vegetable oil, two tbsp
13 - Soy sauce, two tbsp
14 - Salt to taste
15 - Black pepper to taste
16 - Mushrooms, two cups

18 - Corn flour, two tbsp

22 1. Heat a wok on medium flame
23 2. Add in the oil and let it heat up
24 3. Add the onions and cook it until translucent
25 4. Add in the garlic and cook it for two minutes
26 5. Add in the potatoes and cook it for five minutes
27 6. Add in the mushrooms and bell peppers
28 7. Add the soy sauce, salt and pepper into the wok and cook for five minutes
29 8. Add in the corn and water
30 9. Cook the mixture and add the corn flour
31 10. Let the mixture cook for about ten minutes
32 11. Cover the mixture for five minutes
33 12. Cook the potatoes until they turn completely dry
