6 - Asian Sesame oil, two tbsp
7 - Chopped garlic, two tsp
8 - Green onions, three tbsp
9 - Bell pepper strips, half cup
10 - Tomatoes, half cup
11 - Chopped fresh dill, two tbsp
12 - Vegetable oil, two tbsp
13 - Soy sauce, two tbsp
14 - Salt to taste
15 - Black pepper to taste

17 - Corn flour, two tbsp
18 - Red chili paste, one tbsp
19 - Chopped onions, two tbsp

23 1. Heat a wok on medium flame
24 2. Add in the oil and let it heat up
25 3. Add the onions and cook it until translucent
26 4. Add in the garlic and cook it for two minutes
27 5. Add in the tomatoes and cook it for five minutes
28 6. Add in the mushrooms and bell peppers
29 7. Add the soy sauce, red chili paste, salt and pepper into the wok and cook for five minutes
30 8. Add in the corn flour and two tablespoon water
31 9. Let the mixture cook for about ten minutes until a thick mixture is formed
32 10. Add in the buckwheat noodles
33 11. Cover the mixture for five minutes
34 12. Add in the sesame oil, green onions, and fresh chopped dill on top |
