9 - Cauliflower florets, two cups
10 - Chopped shallots, two tbsp

13 - Salt to taste
14 - Black pepper to taste
15 - Stir-fry sweet and sour sauce, two cups

19 1. In a wok, add oil and heat it
20 2. Add in the cauliflower florets and let it cook for five minutes
21 3. Remove the florets of cauliflower once they are cooked
22 4. Add the chopped onions to the wok
23 5. Add in the sauces and let them cook
24 6. Once cooked, add in the rest of the ingredients
25 7. Add the cauliflower florets
