1 # Ingredients
2 - 1 kg unbleached wheat flour
3 - 14 g dry yeast
4 - 30 g salt
5 - 0.5 l lukewarm water
6 - 30 g sugar
7 - 1 can chickpeas
8 - 1 tbsp. whole koriander seeds
9 - 1 tsp cumin (spidskommen)

11 # Procedure
12 1. Mix flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and water and knead to dough.
13 2. Discard water from chickpeas and put them in the middle of the dough.
14 3. Grind koriander seeds and put them and other spices into dough.
15 4. When the dough is smooth, roll it into sausage shape.
16 5. Cut into ~13 slices
17 6. Shape slices into larger, flat pieces
18 7. Optionally freeze some of the dough
19 8. Bake flat bread in oven directly on the grill at 245 degrees for 3-4 min |
