# ROOPHLOCH 2020: Live from the juniper forest

I am currently in a juniper forest with my youngest daughter and
my dog. We just cooked breakfast burritos on a jet stove, quite
delicious. We went with Jimmy Dean Scramblers as the filling
because they each have 2 eggs in a small container read to go.
Super easy. We cooked them in our 6" stainless steel pan and used
a fold up nylon turner (my daughter tells me not to call it a
spatula, she learned this in foods class).

The weather is in the 50s, sunny and clear. I'll take some photos
with my Handspring Visor Deluxe and the Eyemodule2, which I'll link
at the end of this post after I get home and perform a hotsync.

On the way out here, there were signs posted with arrows directing
people to a wedding. Someone is getting married out here in the
boonies. Pretty cool. I got married on the courthouse lawn, across
the street from the cemetery fifteen years ago. It would have been
neat to do it in nature instead.

I drive a 2017 family sedan and this spot is down a 2 track dirt
road. This 2 track is fairly even and if I take it slow we navigate
it no problem. I keep the tire gauge up on the dash just in case.
